Store registration and subscription fees paid to CSC Store are generally non-refundable once the store account is activated and provisioned on our platform.
Customers placing product orders or service requests through individual store websites may cancel their orders prior to fulfillment or dispatch by contacting the respective store owner directly.
Approved refunds for online payments processed via Razorpay will be credited back to the original payment source within 5-7 business days.
