Razorpay is a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway. Your credit card, debit card, UPI, net banking, and wallet details are encrypted and processed securely by Razorpay. We do not store sensitive payment credentials on our servers.
In the event of a transaction failure where funds are debited from your account without order confirmation, Razorpay and our financial systems automatically reconcile and refund the amount within 3-5 business days.
